First Group Meeting
After having our first group meeting, I can actually say, the meeting was very productive. I
learned a great deal of what each individual is like in my group and how they
go around at solving problems. We had to create six different flow diagrams for
Systems and Analysis. At first we did struggle at trying to design the flow
diagrams, but after having a long discussion we actually got around at completing
the task in hand. After this meeting, I realised that each individual has an
important skill to give to the group, which I think makes the group have a potential at getting the
best grade has possible.
If I have to be honest, at first, I wasn't too sure if my group would work well because none of us really spoke much to each other and that’s one of the most important skill you need in a group. But Now I am very pleased with the group I have been placed in, and now, I am looking forward to working with my group members in the next coming weeks.

personality test
After taking a personality test, I am really pleased with the result and
quite amassed of how accurate the readings were. The test outcome explained
that I am a shy guy but also a good person to work with, has I get the job
done. Secondly, I found it quite interesting of the jobs which they showed me,
matched my personality.
Seeing the outcome from this personality test can help me improve on the weakness the test says I have, which hopefully improves my business look and give me a better chance to get employed in the near future.

First weeks
I have been at Sheffield Hallam for a couple of weeks now. I
have loved every day of it, especially the night out and meeting some great people.
I have to admit it, at first I was a bit nervous with all the modules which have been set because I haven't done that kind of stuff
before, but now I feel more relaxed and confident I can do well. After these
first weeks, I already feel that I have made the best decision coming here and I
am looking forward to the work in hand and getting the best grade I can get.
